By accessing and using gogoform.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

gogoform.app is an AI-assisted form generation service that helps users create Google Forms. The Service requires authentication through Google and interacts with Google Forms on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Service Plans and Billing

The Service offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 10 forms per month and 5 questions per form
• Pro Plan: Up to 100 forms per month and 20 questions per form

Pro Plan subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• Your forms will remain in your Google account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Generate forms containing harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to circumvent service limitations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by gogoform.app and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

gogoform.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
